Where we deliver
We deliver across South Africa. We do not currently offer international shipping.
How long it takes
Standard delivery is 2–5 working days after we dispatch. Remote areas may take longer. Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are packed the same day where stock allows. Weekends and public holidays are not working days for packing.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on qualifying orders over R500. Below R500, the delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Your address
Give a complete, accurate South African delivery address and a phone number the courier can reach. If the address is wrong or nobody is available, extra courier fees or delays may apply.
Tracking
Tracking is handled by the courier. After your order ships, they will send a tracking link so you can follow the parcel.
Failed delivery
If the courier cannot deliver, they will usually retry or hold the parcel for collection. If it is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we may charge a reasonable redelivery fee or refund the goods less the original delivery cost.
Risk
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the courier delivers to the address on the order. Please check the parcel on arrival and tell us promptly if it is damaged or incomplete.
